When we past The Waving Girl statue, Savannah GA a question was asked. Would you wait 40, 50 years for the one you love? Many couples were seen shaking their heads no. Now I have a question. If the waving girl and her sailor had gotten together; what would have happened. Would the story have turned into a myth, would it be bigger than life; would it be told for centuries—
Question asked by Capt. Mike, the Savannah Queen Riverboat
